Douglas C. Shriver, CPA

President of Shriver & Company, Mr. Shriver is a certified public accountant with over 35 years of service, primarily to closely-held business and their owners in the areas of:

  • Business Acquisition/Disposition Analysis
  • Business Operations Management Analysis and Consultation
  • Tax Planning and Compliance
    • Business Entities – Corporate, Partnership, LLC’s

Mr. Shriver was the Chairman of the Board of Anderson Bank prior to its sale in 2006 to Park National Bank, and has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations.

Doug is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Ohio and the Kentucky Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

John W. Radley, CPA Jack Radley

Jack is a certified public accountant with over 29 years of public accounting experience in tax, accounting and small business consulting. Jack began his career in private industry followed by five years with Price Waterhouse, an international accounting firm. In 1985, Jack joined Shriver & Company as director of the firm’s tax department.

Jack has earned Certificate of Educational Achievement designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in the following areas:

  • Tax Planning and Advising for Closely-Held Businesses
  • Estate Planning

Jack has been active in numerous service and not-for-profit organizations where he has held officer positions as well as seats on the Boards of Directors.

Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jack is also a member of the Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services Section of the AICPA.

Kevin B. Vennefron, CPAKevin Vennefron

Kevin is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of public accounting experience. Kevin began his career in industry and joined Shriver and Company in 1994. His areas of expertise include partnership taxation, auditing and servicing closely-held businesses.

Kevin serves as treasurer for a not-for-profit organization in Northern Kentucky.

Kevin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio and Kentucky Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
